• Maintain high standards of hygiene,

record keeping & product quality
• Either Full Time or Part Time
• Alternate weekend work, with fixed

day(s) off in the week
• From £11.44/hour at age 21. A higher rate is on offer for a more experienced full-time candidate who would be willing to take on more responsibility.

• You will have a formal catering qualification
• You will have one year or more commercial kitchen experience
• You will have a passion for quality food and local ingredients
• You will be honest and reliable
